Life begins at conception. As a Christian, it is my duty to protect the unborn. As your Congressman, it is my responsibility to make sure our tax dollars are not spent on infanticide and our state laws are not encroached. As your Congressman, I will fight to make sure none of our tax dollars fund Planned Parenthood. Our laws here in Louisiana protecting the unborn are being targeted by Democrats in DC who want abortion drugs flooding the state. I fear this is only the start of what will be a coordinated campaign by these radicals to bring abortion back into our state either through laws passed in Congress or regulations drafted by career bureaucrats. It will be my top priority to fight their attack on our state’s protection of the unborn.

As a private businessman, I have real life experience in signing both sides of a check. I know the responsibility that comes with making payroll and taking care of my employees. I also know first-hand the burdens that government puts on businesses with red tape, regulations and taxes. Our district has one of our country’s largest energy corridors for oil and gas along with a thriving maritime and port industry along the Mississippi River. We have a thriving agriculture sector, large tourism industry and small businesses which thrive when we our economy is working. I operate under the maxim that the answer to any economic challenge can be solved by growth and jobs. This means in order to best represent all of us I will fight to make sure that the Trump tax cuts stay permanent, the tax code is simplified and oppose any new federal regulations and mandates so our small businesses can succeed. I will make sure our district has better access to SBA loans with a focus on our rural parishes so we continue to expand. I will also make sure that our district is not left behind on broadband expansion so our small businesses in the rural parishes can better compete. My own private sector experience has taught me that our workforce needs to be continually developed. You can count on me to represent our district in Washington DC and make sure technical training partnerships between local businesses, community colleges and technical schools are fully supported. Our district will be business friendly. We will welcome entrepreneurs. We will be job friendly. We will succeed.

The politicians love to throw out the word “affordability” with an empty pledge while we suffer the consequences. Too many of us are making a daily choice about whether we should fill the gas tank or buy groceries. Our politicians, who claim to be representing us, sit and watch as the insurance companies drive up their rates and we are left with mounting monthly bills that rise faster than our wages. This isn't complicated. It's Washington spending money it doesn't have, then handing you the bill. It's bureaucrats writing rules that make it harder to build, harder to hire, and harder to compete — while insurance companies, utility monopolies, and big corporations with armies of lobbyists write the loopholes for themselves. Meanwhile, career politicians who have never missed a paycheck tell you to be patient while they enjoy themselves living the high life in Washington, D.C. Well, I am not patient and neither should you be. Here's what actually brings prices down: Stop the spending spree. Every dollar Washington borrows today is inflation you pay for tomorrow. No more blank checks. Unleash American energy. Cheap, reliable energy is the fastest way to cut costs on gas, groceries, and your electric bill — full stop. Cut the red tape. Every regulation has a price tag, and right now you're the one paying it. I will never vote for a new regulation unless another one has been erased. I am not going to Washington D.C. to make your life harder – my job is to get out of the way, fight the bureaucracy and make sure you keep what you earn. Make insurance companies compete, not collude. You didn't get a say when your premium jumped again this year — but somehow the insurance companies always do. I'll fight for real transparency and competition, so families aren't stuck footing the bill for an industry that answers to shareholders instead of you. Enforce our immigration laws. Illegal immigration isn't just a border issue — it's an affordability issue. Every dollar spent housing, treating, and educating people who came here illegally is a dollar taken from the taxpayers who played by the rules. It's downward pressure on wages on Americans and upward pressure on the cost of housing, healthcare, and public services that are already stretched thin. I will fight to secure the border and enforce the law. America First means Americans First! The same politicians who caused this crisis want you to believe high prices are just "the new normal." They are all talk and no action. Not on my watch. Affordability isn't a talking point or some focus group speak to me – it will be my stress test on every vote I make in Washington before a single taxpayer dollar gets spent.

President Trump has been fighting to build the wall across our Southern border since the very beginning his first term. He has been fought every step of the way by the radical Washington DC Democrats and bureaucrats. The reality is that the Democrats want to flood our country with low skilled and under educated illegals because they see them as their voters, not the burden against our safety net, schools and services. The border is the prime target of the Cartels and Islamist terrorists who cause terror on our communities nationwide through the flow of drugs and seek our destruction with terrorism. The Cartels and criminal smuggling networks make billions of dollars every year bring children across the border who suffer in ways that I will not describe. I will do everything in my power as your Congressman to support President Trump’s mission in building the wall, fighting the Cartels and criminals and supporting Louisiana’s coordination with the Trump administration on protecting us from the Cartels, smugglers and Islamists terrorists. LET’S BUILD THE WALL!

I have supported President Trump’s candidacy for office since 2011. In 2014, I took the opportunity to drive President Trump to and from the Republican Leadership Conference where I promised him he could count on my support. I keep my promises. As we all saw during his first term, the Democrats sole mission is to defeat President Trump and stop the Make America Great agenda. They impeached him twice and when he left office, the Democrats and the Biden Administration coordinated to have him jailed. His cardinal sin in their eyes is that President Trump is not part of the Establishment, refuses to play by their rules and delivers on his promises. The MAGA agenda represents our district as it fights to make us stronger, healthier and prosperous. As your Congressman, I will fight for President Trump and our MAGA agenda. I will do everything in my power to stop any future attempt by the Democrats to impeach President Trump or harass the White House with investigations. As we all know, an attack on the President and his agenda is an attack on all of us and our values.

Our Founding Fathers understood that the last line of defense against tyranny is the inherent right to arm ourselves. The Bible teaches in Exodus 22:2 “If a thief be found breaking in and be smitten so that he die, there shall no blood be shed for him.” The Second Amendment is sacrosanct. It is the legal basis that allows us to protect ourselves, our families and our homes. I sleep well every night in my home knowing that I can protect my wife and daughters with my five firearms. It is not only the mantra of all Washington DC Democrats and bureaucrats that our Second Amendment Rights should be infringed, but unfortunately also some milquetoast Republicans who have fallen for the lies of the Leftists. As your Congressman, I will fight anyone from either party who tries to infringe on our God given rights to defend ourselves, families and property as well as any scheme to stop hunters and sportsmen from exercising their Second Amendment rights. I will fight in Washington to protect Louisiana's constitutional carry law from federal overreach and oppose any legislation and restrictions on law abiding citizens' right to carry a firearm. I will work to shoot down any attempt in Washington DC to bring back the assault weapons ban no matter who supports it. Our local firearms sector can also count on me to fight against regulatory burdens, banking discrimination and red tape targeting them. My door will always be open to hear any concerns from gun owners, gun manufacturers, gun dealers and range owners. Your fundamental rights are not up for debate.

I support the Blue. The men and women who wear the badge put their lives on the line every single day to protect all of us. They deserve our respect, appreciation and all protections in law. Make no mistake, the Radical Democrats and Communists who will be elected to the next term of Congress will seek defund and dismantle the local police any way possible. Our heroic police and sheriffs can count on me to fight against any effort by the Left to defund the federal grants which ensure our parish sheriffs' offices and municipal police departments to ensure they have the manpower, training, and equipment they need. I will fight against any effort or policy being pushed at the federal level which are soft on crime. The Democrats want to turn every district into New York City and San Francisco with cashless bail, catch and release and reduce federal sentencing for drugs and murder. I will fight to make sure they fail. I will make sure our district has priority access to federal surplus equipment programs, body armor, and modern technology that protect our officers in the line of duty. My budget submissions will prioritize our local law enforcement, and I will monitor all developments. Our Blue will be able to count on me for all the support it needs. It will be my honor to serve you as you in Congress.

President Trump is boldly looking for any avenue to have the SAVE AMERICA ACT pass Congress. I applaud Speaker Johnson and Majority Whip Scalise for already passing the SAVE AMERICA ACT three times to put as much pressure as possible on the Senate. I also fully support any future legislative maneuver the Speaker and Majority Whip decide, whether through budget reconciliation or another avenue, to force the Senate’s hand and get this bill to President Trump’s desk. The SAVE AMERICA ACT simply requires proof of citizenship to vote. Every citizen has identification. Yet Democrats oppose this commonsense measure to secure our elections. We all know why, the Democrats want illegals to vote in our elections. I want our district to know that their vote in the 2028 election will not be undone in blue or purple states. President Trump, Speaker Johnson, Majority Whip Scalise and most importantly, you my constituent, can count on my support for any and all measure to pass the SAVE AMERICA ACT.

America was built on the freedom to innovate, own property, and keep government out of our wallets. That's why I support a pro-growth, pro-innovation approach to cryptocurrency and digital assets. America must be the Crypto Capital of the world, so the U.S. dollar remains the global reserve currency. While the Biden administration notoriously used "regulation by enforcement" with the strong support and coordination of Elizabeth Warren to punish American innovators and push blockchain jobs overseas, China and other adversaries used that bone headed Biden policy to race ahead. While this made the Big Banks – who debank Conservatives – happy, Americans suffered and our country fell behind. The Big Banks have even colluded with state governments to stop us from using Bitcoin ATMS! We cannot allow the special interest to stop our financial freedom. President Trump gets it. Unfortunately, but not surprisingly, many Republicans who are still shills of the Big Banks, are stopping America from leading the world in the digital currency revolution. My commitment to Americans: Clear rules, not regulatory chaos. Congress — not the SEC through bureaucratic lawsuits — should write the rules of the road for digital assets, so entrepreneurs know what's legal before they build. Protect the right to self-custody. Your Bitcoin, your wallet, your keys. Government has no business restricting Americans' ability to hold their own property. Keep America the world leader in blockchain innovation. We should welcome miners, developers, and exchanges to set up shop here — creating jobs and keeping this critical technology out of the hands of the Chinese Communist Party. End the war on responsible innovation. I'll fight to stop debanking and regulatory harassment of law-abiding crypto businesses and their customers. Stablecoins: Securing the Dollar's Digital Future Dollar-backed stablecoins are one of the biggest opportunities in front of us — and one of the biggest strategic assets. Every stablecoin transaction backed by U.S. Treasuries reinforces the dollar as the world's reserve currency and creates new demand for American debt, right as our adversaries push "de-dollarization." I support: A clear federal framework for payment stablecoins, with 100% reserve backing in cash and short-term U.S. Treasuries, so consumers know their digital dollars are safe and redeemable. Regular independent audits and transparent reserve reporting — real accountability without smothering issuers in red tape. Keeping stablecoin issuance open to responsible private innovators, not walled off for a government-run Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) that could let Washington surveil or restrict how Americans spend their own money. Making the U.S. the global hub for stablecoin issuance, so this innovation — and the Treasury demand it drives — stays here instead of London, Singapore, or Hong Kong. More Stablecoins Means a Stronger Dollar! Bitcoin Mining: Powering American Jobs and Energy Independence Bitcoin mining isn't a threat — it's an opportunity to bring high-paying jobs, tax revenue, and grid investment to communities that need them, especially in rural and energy-producing areas. I support: Protecting miners' right to operate without discriminatory taxes or regulatory targeting, like the failed proposal to tax mining electricity use out of existence. Treating mining as the energy business it is — one that can strengthen grid reliability by soaking up excess power and stepping back during peak demand, and that often partners with flared natural gas, nuclear, and other domestic energy sources to put stranded or wasted energy to productive use. Bringing good-paying jobs to overlooked communities. Mining facilities create construction, technical, and operations jobs and expand the local tax base for schools, roads, and first responders — without needing a taxpayer-funded subsidy to do it. Keeping mining — and the jobs, tax dollars, and network security that come with it — on American soil, instead of ceding this industry to China, Russia, or other adversaries who would use it against us. Bitcoin mining stops Data Centers – Unlike Big Tech, bitcoin does not need new data centers. The miners’ warehouses are already built efficiently WITHOUT government subsidies. Digital assets represent the same entrepreneurial spirit that built this country. I'll work to ensure Washington stays out of the way, protects consumers from fraud through smart — not suffocating — rules, and lets American innovation lead the world. Our district will be part of the Crypto Revolution!
